Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) announces the 4th European Summer School and Conference in Competition and Regulation (CRESSE)
which will take place in Chania (Crete) from June 27th to July 10th 2009. As in previous years, CRESSE 2009 aspires to provide an intellectually and professionally
rewarding experience for all its Summer School and Conference Participants. The CRESSE Faculty consists of some of the very top European
economists and legal experts in Competition and Regulation from over 25 distinguished EU Universities.
The CRESSE Summer School, through the organization of 2-week training workshops covering economic and legal
aspects of competition and regulation, provides a comprehensive account of the most up-to-date developments in economic theory, empirical analysis and
legislation in Competition Policy and Sectoral Regulation. The content is largely non-technical and case-study based and is organized in eight self-contained
Modules of 16-hour (maximum) duration.
The 2009 CRESSE Annual Conference will take place on 3rd - 5th of July 2009 and its topic is on
"Advances in the Analysis of Competition Policy".
