The Department of Economics of Athens University of Economics and Business supports the 7th Conference on Research on Economic Theory and Econometrics in Naxos (11-14/7/2008)

The Department of Economics of Athens University of Economics and Business supports the 7th Conference on Research on Economic Theory and Econometrics, which will take place in Naxos from Friday July 11 through Monday July 14, 2008.

This summer school involves invited faculty and PhD candidates from Greece and abroad, in various areas of Economic Theory and Econometrics. The first meeting took place in 2002 and the series has since been continued each summer.

The program includes senior invited lectures in selected areas, as well as paper presentations by advanced PhD students and more junior faculty.

The hospitality of the Municipality of Naxos (the sessions will take place at its Municipal Theatre in the Town Hall) is gratefully acknowledged, as well as the financial support of our sponsors. The meeting is organized with the support of the Economics Department of the Athens University of Economics and Business.
