Vicente Martínez-Tur is a full Professor in Social and Organizational Psychology at the University of Valencia, Spain. He served as General Secretary of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (2011-2015). Currently, he is the coordinator of the international consortium for the Erasmus Mundus Master in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology. Professor Martínez-Tur combines intervention and consulting projects with the publication of numerous research studies in books and international scientific journals. He also coordinates several projects about the impact of organizational and work processes (service quality, justice, climate, emotional labor) on service users (satisfaction, quality of life). One of his main professional contexts is the sector of services for individuals with intellectual disability, examining processes and interventions to improve quality of life of service users. Prof. Martínez-Tur also coordinates, as Division 1 Board Member of IAAP (International Association of Applied Psychology), the Report entitled “This works in my place”, which explores how work and organizational psychology contributes to the sustainable development goals of United Nations for a better world for all.
