The editors of Dr. Dobb's Journal announced the winners of the 17th annual Jolt Product Excellence and Productivity Awards during the Awards Ceremony at CMP Technology's Software Development West 2007

Conference and Expo, held in Santa Clara, USA. Computer Science Professor Diomidis Spinellis was awarded the JOLT Software Development Productivity Award for his book titled "Code Quality: The Open Source Perspective".
