The MSc program in Human Resources Management of the Athens University of Economics and Business organizes the 4th International Congress in "Human Resource Management in Europe: Trends and Challenges" in the Park Hotel on 30 May 2008.

The meeting aims at informing the professionals of HRM about modern trends in Human Resources Management and in Organizational Behavior and Psychology in all over the world.

Distinctive personalities of the field of HRM will participate, including Prof. Denise Rousseau , Professor of Organizational Behavior from Carnegie Mellon University and ex-President of the Academy of Management (2004-2005), Prof. Wolfgang Mayrhofer, Professor of Organizational Behavior and Management from Vienna University of Economics and Business (Austria) and Prof. Chris Brewster, Professor of International Human Resource Management at Henley Management College (UK). Also, brief presentations will take place from members of AUEB’ s faculty, as well as extensive discussion of Greek professionals of HRM, under the presidency of Prof. Dimitrios Bourantas and Prof. Nancy Papalexandris.

Relevant topics include issues such as:
