The Department of Economics is honored to announce the organization of an international workshop dedicated to the distinguished scholar and academic, Professor Efthymios (Makis) Tsionas, who recently passed away. The event aims to highlight his significant scientific contributions to the field of econometrics, as well as his broader impact on economic science.The workshop will also be an opportunity to honor the memory and personality of an exceptional individual, whose work and presence inspired colleagues and students alike.
