Milliou Chrysovalantou Vasiliki
Chrysovalantou Milliou is a Visiting Professor at the Department of Economics of Columbia University (NY, USA). She is Associate Professor in the Department of International and European Economic Studies of the Athens University of Economics and Business and a Research Fellow of CESifo (Munich, Germany). She has worked as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics of the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (2003-07).
She has served as an Alternate Member of the Greek Competition Committee (2012-17).
She holds a PhD in Economics from the European University Institute (Florence, Italy), a Masters degree in Economics from Tufts University (MA, USA).
Her research focuses on the field of Industrial Organization, with emphasis on Competition Policy and Multinational Firms. She has published various articles in international refereed journals, including the Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, International Journal of Industrial Organization, Canadian Journal of Economics, Journal of Economics and Management Strategy, Economics Letters.
