Voudouri Irini

Irini Voudouris is a Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Department of Management Science and Technology of the Athens University of Economics and Business and the head of the Management, Strategy and Entrepreneurship Laboratory. A graduate in electrical engineering from National Technical University of Athens she received a master’s degree in strategic management from HEC/ ESSEC/ Université Paris X and her PhD from Université Paris X.

Her research interests revolve around innovation and entrepreneurship, strategic management and competitiveness, corporate governance, and sustainable development. She has published research in leading academic journals such as Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Research Policy, Journal of World Business, Journal of Business Ethics, British Journal of Management, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Industrial and Corporate Change, Technovation, International Business Review, New Technology Work and Employment, International Small Business Journal, Journal of Small Business Management, Journal of Business Research, International Journal of Human Resource Management.

She has contributed in a number of national and European research programs, acting as a director in many of them. Parallel to her research activities she has contributed as management consultant and advisor in private and public sector organizations.
