Training in SHL PAA

The training in SHL PAA (Personality and Ability Assessment) for the students of the MSc in HR Management at AUEB was successfully completed once again this year.

The students had the opportunity to gain substantial knowledge and valuable practical skills in utilizing the SHL Universal Competency Framework, as well as in the use and interpretation of leading psychometric tools such as:

- Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ)

- Verify Cognitive Ability Tests

The aim was to equip future HR professionals with the necessary tools to build skills-based organizations, enhancing their readiness for the modern HR field.
