Educational Visit to Edenred Greece

Students of the full-time MSc in Human Resource Management visited Edenred Greece, the leading digital platform for services and payments for businesses and their people, on Monday, February 16. The visit took place as part of the program’s educational visits initiative, a key pillar of the learning experience that aims to meaningfully connect theory with practice!

The day began with a warm welcome from Maria Verouchi, CEO of Edenred Greece and member of the Program’s Advisory Board, who spoke about the role of HR as a strategic partner to management. This was followed by a creative workshop, during which students had the opportunity to explore the results of the Employee Experience Pulse survey.

The visit concluded with a discussion on Performance and Talent Management at Edenred, a process that places people at its core, highlighting the crucial role of HR in shaping and supporting it.
