Kostis Indounas received his PhD in Marketing from the Athens University of Economics and Business, Athens. He is currently an Associate Professor of Marketing at the same University. His works have appeared in international conferences and academic journals such as Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Service Management, Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing, Business Horizons, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Services Marketing, World Marketing Congress, American Marketing Association Conference, European Marketing Academy Conference among others. He has participated in writing seven books. His teaching, research and consulting interests are in the areas of pricing, marketing management, services marketing, tourism marketing, cultural heritage marketing, business-to-business marketing, marketing for non-profit organizations and new product development. His publication works have received a considerable number of international citations. He is a member of the Greek Marketing Academy.
