The Full-time graduate program in Human Resource Management is a total duration of 400 teaching hours. It includes 16 courses and a dissertation. The duration of studies is 3 semesters. Aimed at students who have recently graduated and do not work. Monitoring is extensive and the lessons are usually in the morning. The main criteria for the selection of students in the program are:

The procedure of Applications takes place once a year, usually in April or May.
The courses begin in October and are offered in two Parts, a Full Time for students without professional obligations with a minimum duration of 3 semesters and a Part Time for business executives with a minimum duration of 4 semesters.
The program accepts graduates of Greek or equivalent foreign Universities.
THE APPLICATION SUBMISSION OF THE POSTGRADUATE STUDY
The Graduate Program in Human Resource Management is aimed at people who want a career in the Personnel Management area, in large organizations, either private or public sector.
Specifically, the Full Time Program is addressed to graduates of Greek or foreign Universities (ideally with a specialization in economy and administration or psychology and behavior), with very good knowledge of English, who wish to specialize in the field of personnel
