Educational visit to adidas

Students from the MSc in Human Resource Management (HRM), together with colleagues from Penn State University, recently visited adidas, providing a powerful example of how global academic partnerships enrich learning and prepare future leaders for an interconnected world.

This visit was far more than a corporate tour. It was a masterclass in strategic HR in action. We moved beyond theory to gain first-hand insights into how leading organizations align HR strategy with business objectives and how people practices become a source of competitive advantage.

Our students gained valuable insights into:
