In October 2008 the MSc in Human Resource Management of the Athens University of Economics was honoured with the “Committed to Excellence” accreditation of EFQM.

Induction Day
Once a year in the end of September, before the beginning of each academic year, professors and academic staff welcome the new students of the program. Team building activities take place.
Summer Seminar
In June, after the end of the lessons,a summer seminar takes place, usually at Spetses. Team building activities and relaxing hours give a signal for the end of the academic year to all the students.

In the effort to implement actions for the distinction of MSc in Human Resource Management in the first quality level of business excellence model of EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) the Internship Thesmos was created in 2007.
Since then about 25 students a year do their internship in HRM divisions of large companies.
