Seminars for Open Access publication in the framework of HEAL-Link agreements
In the framework of the Hellenic Academic Libraries Link (HEAL-Link) agreements with publishers for publication in an Open Access (OA) regime, a series of webinars has been scheduled. The seminars are organised by the respective publishing houses in cooperation with HEAL-Link, are aimed at researchers at all levels and – while the thematic and approach may differ internally – mainly concern the publication process in the respective publisher.
Below you will find information about their conduct, as well as the registration forms. At Wiley and Elsevier publishing houses, interested parties can choose to attend the date that suits them, as they have the same theme and content, while in the case of Springer there are two different seminars. In all cases, a necessary condition for participation is your registration through the links you will find below:

Seminar title: Ask an Expert (in Greek) - HEAL-Link
These webinars are addressed to researchers from HEAL-Link's member institutions. It will present the benefits of Open Access, the basic steps of submitting and publishing an article, as well as practical tips and tools for a more efficient process. It will include time for questions and discussion.
Language of the event: The first part in Greek, the second part in English.

These webinars are addressed to researchers from HEAL-Link's member institutions. The agreement between HEAL-Link and Elsevier will be presented and a step-by-step demonstration of the process of submitting an article – before, during and after acceptance – through the Elsevier Open Access Platform will take place.

This webinar is addressed to researchers from HEAL-Link's member institutions and presents the possibilities offered by HEAL-Link's agreement with Springer, in terms of publication under OA status. All stages of the process will be covered, from the writing and selection of a journal to the submission, publication and dissemination of the paper, while there will be time for questions and discussion.
