The electronic library of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) includes full text printed publications of the organization. Currently, the database has 400 titles of ebooks and every year, another 40 new titles are added.

The International Telecommunications Union allocates global radio spectrum and satellite orbits, develops the technical standards that ensure the seamless interconnections of networks and technology, and works to improve access to communities that are underserved worldwide.
