This Annual Report presents a comprehensive overview of the activities, achievements, and strategic initiatives of the Athens University of Economics and Business for the academic year just concluded. In an environment of ongoing challenges as well as opportunities, the Institution remained committed to its mission of providing high-quality education, promoting research, and strengthening its contribution to society.

During 2025, particular emphasis was placed on enhancing the student educational experience through the renewal of study programs, the utilization of modern technologies, and the strengthening of connections with the labor market. At the same time, the University’s research activity saw significant growth, with increased participation in national and international projects, high-level publications, and strengthened collaborations with academic and research institutions.

Special importance was also given to outreach and internationalization, through new strategic partnerships, exchange programs, and initiatives that enhance the Institution’s international presence. At the same time, the University continued to play an active role in society, contributing to addressing contemporary social and environmental challenges.

This Report reflects the collective effort of the university community—faculty and administrative staff, students, and partners—and reaffirms our commitment to continuous progress, innovation, and excellence.
