Argen Partners is a leading M&A advisory firm operating throughout Central and Eastern Europe with a particular focus on serving clients from Nordic countries. The scope of our activities includes merger and acquisition advisory services (M&A) and capital raising.
We currently seek a part-time candidate for our team in the following position: PART-TIME ANALYST (MERGERS &ACQUISITIONS)
The candidate will:
- Participate in international mergers and acquisitions transactions in Greece and elsewhere in the region
- Be part of a transaction execution team from deal origination to closing
- Initiate and participate in meetings with counter-parties
The candidate should meet the following requirements:
- A good grasp of finance, economics and accounting
- Excellent command of written and spoken Greek and English
- Developed computing skills, including solid knowledge of MS Excel
- Hard working entrepreneurial attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
Employment package:
- Part-time employment of one-day-a-week equivalent that can be combined with studies or other work
- Flexible work schedule, mainly from home
- Contract for at least six months with a possibility of prolongation
- Fixed monthly remuneration and a bonus
