About the role
As a Talent Management Specialist, you will be part of our Talent Management team, contributing to key people processes and initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with HR teams, managers and employees, supporting a range of Talent Management activities that enhance our people practices and employee experience. What you will do:
• Contribute to key Talent Management processes and initiatives, including Performance Management, employee assessments and internal mobility.
• Support Performance Management activities, including coordination, communication, follow-up and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze Talent Management data, reports and presentations to support people-related decisions and management discussions.
• Collaborate with HR teams, managers and business stakeholders to coordinate Talent Management activities and ensure their effective delivery.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in Talent Management processes and contribute to the implementation of practical solutions.
You fit, if you cover the following requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, with exposure to Performance Management and/or broader Talent Management processes.
• Very good command of MS Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to work effectively with data, reports and presentations.
• Familiarity with HR systems; experience with SuccessFactors will be considered an asset.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
