About the role
As a Talent Management Assistant, you will be part of our Talent Management team, providing operational and administrative support across key people processes and initiatives. You will work closely with the team and different HR stakeholders, contributing to the effective organization and smooth delivery of Talent Management activities across the organization. What you will do:
- Coordinate and support day-to-day Talent Management activities, ensuring their effective organization and smooth delivery.
- Maintain and organize Talent Management data, trackers and records, ensuring accuracy and consistency across processes.
- Support the preparation of Talent Management reports, presentations and other relevant materials.
- Provide administrative support throughout Talent Management processes, from preparation and scheduling to documentation and follow-up.
You fit, if you cover the following requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR, administration or a coordination role will be considered an asset.
• Good command of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Very good command of Greek and English, both written and spoken..
