JUNIOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS MORTGAGE ADVISOR | AMPLUS S.A.
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior International Customers Mortgage Advisor. He/ She will be responsible for delivering expert advice on mortgage products to international clients, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role demands strong customer relationship skills, cross-border financial understanding, and a commitment to service excellence.
Responsibilities
• Help customers apply for mortgage loans by understanding their needs and offering the right loan options.
• Talk to customers and partners every day to provide support, updates, and answers to their questions.
• Give advice to international customers about mortgage loans, considering different rules, products, and tax systems in their home countries.
• Keep track of loan applications to make sure everything follows the bank’s rules and is moving forward on time.
• Check financial and legal documents to understand if customers are able to repay their loans.
• Build strong relationships with customers by offering personal and helpful service tailored to their situation.
• Work closely with bank branches and external partners to find new customers and grow our network.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Legal Studies.
• Prior experience in banking services, particularly in loan processing or mortgage advisory, is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in client relationship management and professional communication.
• Fluency in English is required. Additional languages such as German or French will be considered a significant asset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools; familiarity with banking-specific software and financial analysis tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
