CONTRACT MANAGEMENT OFFICER | AMPLUS S.A.
We are looking for a Contract Management Officer to support the preparation, oversight, and analysis of contracts across various domains such as IT, Consulting, and Construction. This dynamic role offers the chance to contribute to innovative projects while upholding industry standards and the company’s core values.
Responsibilities
- Prepare contracts (new and renewals) related to IT, Non IT, Consulting, Construction, Technical, Maintenance projects etc.
- Update and register the contract matches in the contract management platform with all the required fields and information.
- Involve in Supplier Assessment and all ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 inspections, as well as the annual corporate responsibility report.
- Participate in the management of BCP / Internal Audit Findings for the entire ΤΠΟ, reporting to the ΤτΕ regarding the critical / non-critical outsourcing contracts as well as the periodic RCSA control.
- Participate in the provision of Reporting to external and internal bodies related to contracts (SSM, Chartered Accountants, IFRS16).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement Studies, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- Advanced degree or certification in Procurement or Contract Management is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in contracts management, with knowledge of legal and IT-related terminology being advantageous.
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
