About the Role:
We are seeking a capable and motivated Junior D365 CRM Developer, with task management qualities, to join our team. This position is well-suited for individuals who are dedicated to utilizing technology, to enhance business processes and are eager to contribute to a variety of challenging projects.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for
• Overseeing the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Microsoft D365 CRM application to ensure optimal performance and functionality
• Implement small scale developments in CRM, PowerApps/PowerAutomate under guidance of internal senior developer resources
• Engaging with internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Facilitating effective communication to ensure all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with external vendors and service partners
• Preparing and providing necessary documentation for implementations for training and archiving purposes
• Delivering training programs for end users to enhance their understanding and usage of the D365 CRM application. Provide ongoing support and expert advice to ensure users are proficient and confident in their roles.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Between 0-1 years of experience in D365 Sales/ Customer Service/ Marketing.
• Working knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). Related certifications will be considered a plus.
• Hands-on experience with application lifecycle management, including deployment, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and manage change requests effectively.
• Communication and problem-solving skills.
