About the Founder & CEO
At the helm is Christos Stergiou, an entrepreneur who has spent his career building pioneering businesses in luxury travel, hospitality, and technology. He is the founder of TrueTrips; the owner of The Petra Hotel in Patmos, a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World; and the co-founder of Triparound, a global travel technology platform with ambitions to reshape the industry worldwide.

Job Brief
We are looking for a CEO’s Office Associate to join our TrueTrips Backbone Department and work directly with the CEO and senior leadership. This role is designed as a career accelerator for young professionals with exceptional potential. You will be exposed to strategy, operations, marketing, supplier relations, and innovation projects — including digital and AI-driven initiatives.
This is a rare opportunity to learn first-hand how a global luxury travel brand operates and grows, while receiving mentorship that will help you develop cross-functional skills and chart your own path within the company.
Responsibilities
- Support the CEO and leadership team in day-to-day operations while learning how leadership decisions are implemented.
- Handle accounting tasks such as logging invoices and reconciliations, and build understanding of how a professional finance function operates.
- Assist in supplier communications, contracts, and seasonal planning, gaining insight into relationship management.
- Contribute to marketing and communications projects, including digital and AI-driven tools, and understand how modern marketing works.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and research to support data-driven decisions.
- Join special projects tied to expansion and innovation, seeing first-hand how new initiatives are launched.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital tools is a plus.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset, with a strong focus on excellence.
- Prior experience is not required — ambition to learn and excel is essential.

- The role is based in Marousi and operates on a rotating shift schedule on weekdays to ensure continuous coverage across business hours.
