About the Founder & CEO
At the helm is Christos Stergiou, an entrepreneur who has spent the last two decades building pioneering businesses in luxury travel, hospitality, and technology. He is the founder of TrueTrips; the owner of The Petra Hotel in Patmos, a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World; and the co-founder of Triparound, a global travel technology platform with ambitions to reshape the industry worldwide.

Job Brief
We are looking for a CEO’s Office Trainee (Entry Level) to support the CEO and senior leadership in day-to-day business operations and projects. This is an entry-level role designed for recent graduates or junior professionals (0–3 years of experience) who want to grow in a high-performance, international environment.
As part of your development, you will receive comprehensive training in accounting, supplier relations, and seasonal rate setup. In addition, before your summer assignment, you will undergo extensive preparation in hotel operations, ensuring you are fully equipped to support our boutique property.
During the summer season (May–September), you will relocate to the_Petra Hotel in Patmos to gain hands-on experience in reception and concierge guest services, learning how a Small Luxury Hotels of the World property delivers excellence in hospitality.
This unique pathway — combining business operations and luxury hospitality — will give you broad exposure and prepare you for future leadership roles within TrueTrips and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Support the CEO and leadership team in day-to-day operations and projects.
- Assist with accounting tasks such as logging invoices and reconciliations.
- Contribute to supplier communications, seasonal contracts, and rate setup.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and research to support data-driven decisions.
- Pre-Patmos Training: Participate in extensive preparation in hotel operations to be ready for the guest-facing role at The Petra Hotel.
- Summer Season (May–September, Patmos): Apply your knowledge at The Petra Hotel in reception & concierge guest services, supporting guest relations and front-desk operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (fields preferred but not limited to Business, Economics, Accounting, Tourism).
- Excellent command of English and Greek (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset, with a strong focus on excellence.
- 0–3 years of work experience; this role is designed for juniors.
- Flexibility and willingness to relocate to Patmos from May to September each year.
