DATA ANALYST | FOURLIS
Role Purpose: Turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
- Design, develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support
- Develop and implement data quality control measures to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Build and maintain data models and databases
- Automate data collection and reporting processes
- Support the development and implementation of predictive models
- Provide training and support to business users on Power BI tools and functionalities

KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST HAVE:
- Degree in Data Science, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering and other related fields
- Expertise in BI and data visualization tools (eg. Power BI)
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel / Spreadsheets for data gathering, analytics and modeling
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Previous experience in a sales environment, preferably gained in the retail sector
- Fluency in English.
