LOGISTICS BACK-OFFICE ASSISTANT | LEGRAND
Legrand, a global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructures, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Logistics Back-Office Assistant to support its logistics and sales administration operations. The ideal candidate will assist in various back-office functions related to ordering, pricing, inventory management, and distribution, contributing to the smooth and efficient flow of goods and information within the company.
DUTIES
- Helps the sales administration and logistics tasks
- Helps in the ordering, pricing and delivering process
- Helps in the preparation and maintenance of accurate inventory records.
- Helps in distribution activities
- Assists in the bi monthly stock counts
- Provides information concerning availability and prices of products, to sales team and customers
- Archiving
- Follow up of advertising material
- Follow up of Super Market and Chains orders
- Willing to learn ERP application in group logistics and ordering program
SPECIFICATIONS
- Student preparing for a University Degree or technical diploma
- Usually, No experience
- Good knowledge of English and/or French.
