GUEST EXPERIENCE FACILITATOR | ELLINIKON
To meet current corporate needs, we would like to bring to our team a Guest Experience Facilitator | Ellinikon Experience Centre/ Park. | 3 months fixed term contract / part time employment.
In this position, you will be a member of the Ellinikon Experience Centre/ Experience Park team for the summer months. Your goal will be provide an excellent customer service to our visitors, mostly by handling needs, requests, presentations, complaints & questions that may arise, always with a high level of professionalism. Our new colleague will be reporting to the Guest Experience Team Leader.
In detail, the Ellinikon Experience Park/ Centre Guest Experience Facilitator- will be responsible for:
Regularly handling:
- The proper implementation of the established policies and procedures of the Experience Park/ Centre
- Welcoming guests and visitors in our premises, performing presentations and coordinating group and school visits, children summer camps
- The Information Kiosks/ Reception, guiding visitors throughout our indoor and outdoor venues
- Overseeing Events/Marketing/Promotion activities that may be taking place in our premises
- Responding to questions about customer service utilities (WCs, baby rooms, cafes, etc) and the Operation regulation of the venues (operating hours, restrictions, etc).
Supporting the Experience Centre/ Park Operations team in:
- Enforcing the Health & Safety plans and procedures, ensuring the safety of visitors and F&B operators
- Communicating with the technical team on relevant issues that may arise
- Providing administrative support, when required
You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:
Academic Qualifications:
- Ideally, a degree in a related discipline-ie marketing, hospitality, tourism, culture & events management, or any relevant area of study
- Excellent command of the English language; any other language would also be an important skill
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Especially for the Experience Centre Facilitators, some basic familiarization with technology and audiovisual equipment & applications would be nice to have
Professional Experience:
- About 1- 3 years of relative working experience in a customer service role; alternatively, experience in a visitor reception/ experience would definitely be a plus
On a personal side, the ideal candidate has:
- Customer-centered behavior and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong team spirit!
- Ability to present exhibits to audiences and/or visitors
- Basic technical skills to handle audio- visual equipment, if needed
- The stamina to work under pressure especially during events and presentations or VIP visits
- Does not mind working in public, open-air areas, as well as indoors
- Availability to work on Fridays and during weekends, as well as the flexibility to adjust schedule, if needed
