OFFICE/SECRETARIAL SUPPORT | PROMOPHARMA
The Office/ Secretarial Support Person is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by providing administrative support, maintaining organizational systems, and facilitating effective communication. The role includes overseeing office supplies, managing correspondence, organizing meetings, and supporting staff across all departments to ensure an efficient and well-functioning work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and facility-related issues.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain and update confidential filing systems, records, and databases.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for employees.
- Support onboarding of new employees.
- Provide administrative support for company events, meetings and projects.
