So what’s the challenge…
The Product Management Senior Specialist-VLTs role is to handle the development and improvement of the assigned product features, functionalities and market positioning, through the monitoring, management and reporting of the product performance and the design and implementation of data driven initiatives.
Your day to day will include:
- Developing yearly plans regarding new products, cabinets, features and promotional activities based on quantitative & qualitative facts analysis, business goals and compliance framework limitations
- Proposing the performance targets and developing performance forecasts for the assigned product
- Monitoring and developing analytical reports on product performance and KPIs, identifying areas of concern and improvement and proposing actions for improvement
- Assessing market and customer insights in co-operation with Research team and supporting the development of actionable changes that will improve the competitiveness of the product and support the achievement of performance KPIs
- Working closely with the required teams to identify and validate necessary changes in the VLTs placement in the market according to performance data that will further increase playability, match customer needs and enhance performance
- Developing and implementing suitable go-to-market (GTM) and roll-out plans for the VLTs, including the ATL and BTL marketing initiatives to maximize revenues and market impact
- Following-up and cooperating with all teams for the implementation of product development projects, marketing initiatives, GTM plans and promos, providing clarifications and supporting the delivery upon commitment
- Monitoring and assessing the operational performance of the assigned product(s) according to specifications and cooperates with the necessary Teams, for the resolution of technical issues and the smooth day to day operation
- Preparing detailed Business Requirement documents and participating in the design of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios that cover all aspects of the product prior the release to production
- Monitoring the progress of the product projects, assessing their compliance with project plan and scope, and identifying potential issues, developing relevant reports
- Evaluating market trends (incl. international benchmarking), customer preferences, developments in competition, performance indicators and proposing the selection, development and improvement of the assigned product portfolio
- Proposing suitable technical features and product improvements to increase product competitiveness
- Supporting the alignment of VLTs product with compliance requirements through developing and leveraging in depth knowledge of regulatory framework
- Closely co-operating with vendors focusing on games portfolio and performance
- Proposing initiatives to improve customer journey, in & out of store
What you need to succeed:
- BSc in Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, or relevant field
- MSc in relevant topic is desirable
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in a similar product management within Gaming, Telecoms, Banking, FMCG
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as presentation skills, both in English and Greek language
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills and conceptual thinking
- Strong sales analysis skills (reporting, deep dives, correlations, etc).

- Teamwork attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
