Technology & Transformation
- Participate in ERP, CRM, SAP, Cloud and AI-related and Data Analytics projects
- Solution design, system configuration, automation and Agile transformations
- Cyber Security and Defense strategy for OT/ industrial environments (ICS/SCADA)
- Penetration Testing and Red Teaming
- Security Engineering and Identity Access Management (IAM)
- Cyber Resilience & CIO Advisory
- GRC, Governance, Business Continuity, Data Privacy, Risk Management and Assessments
- Align with frameworks (e.g. ISO, NIS2, DORA, GDPR) and design secure IT/OT architecture
Information Risk Management
- Conduct IT audits and risk assessments
- Evaluate IT general controls, application security, and SOC 1/SOC 2 compliance
- Analyze cyber threats and recommend remediation
- Financial Risk Management & FRM Data Analytics
- Develop risk models using AI/ML
- Support regulatory compliance (Basel II/III/IV)
- Integrate ESG factors in banking risk strategies
Strategy, Operations & Business Analysis
- Contribute to strategy design and process improvement for private and public sector clients
- Identify cost drivers, automation potential, and efficiency opportunities
Public Sector
- Support policy design, digital transformation, and performance evaluation
- Help improve service delivery and public value through innovation
- ESG, Sustainability, Energy & Natural Resources
- Engage in ESG reporting, stakeholder engagement, and materiality assessments
- Support energy clients in decarbonization, digitalization, and sustainable transformation
People Services
- Participate in executive search and selection, talent development, workforce planning, employer branding and HR transformation projects
- Leverage HR analytics, KPMG Intelligence Lab, and digital HR platforms
- Governance, Risk, Compliance & Internal Audit
- Assist in risk assessments, control design, and internal audits
- Help clients build strong governance and regulatory compliance frameworks
Deal Advisory
KPMG’s Deal Advisory team supports local and international clients across the full lifecycle of business deals, including buy-side, sell-side, joint ventures, and funding.
Services include:
- Transaction Services: Financial due diligence to assess risks and value creation opportunities
- Mergers & Acquisitions: Guidance on deal strategy, structuring, and execution
- Valuations: Business and asset valuations for strategic decision-making
- Restructuring: Support on financial restructuring and business planning
- Forensic Services: Fraud investigations and expert witness support
- Accounting Advisory: Compliance with financial reporting standards
- Portfolio Solutions: Advisory on non-performing loan transactions and structured finance

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidates are creative spirits and natural team players with quality focus. The appointed candidates will be actively involved in challenging projects, delivering impact while inspiring trust in their dealings with colleagues and clients.
Requirements
- A Bachelor in various fields, such as Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business, Law, or related subjects.
- A Master of numerical or analytical orientation would be considered an asset.
- No more than three years of professional working experience. Internships within leading multinational firms would be highly appreciated.
- Certificate of Proficiency or proven knowledge of the English language is a must.
- Competent user of MS Office.
