ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / SECRETARIAT SUPPORT | CALCULUS ANALYTICS
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the company. The ideal candidate will manage daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks (such as answer phone calls, handle travel arrangements, arranging post and deliveries, printing and photocopying etc.)
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, memos) in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and update physical and digital records.
- Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
- Manage office supplies and orders when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Organizing internal and external events
- Timesheets review and report preparation.
- Support marketing activities, including coordinating marketing materials, man-aging content calendars, assisting with social media posts and email campaigns, tracking campaign metrics, and liaising with vendors and agencies when needed.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greece & English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Discretion, reliability, and professionalism.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
