Barilla Hellas is looking to recruit an Office Administration Specialist that will manage the front desk of our office located in Marousi and will also perform a variety of HR, administrative and clerical tasks.
As an Office Administration Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, offering administrative support across the organization.
To be successful as an Office Administration Specialist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.
