As a result of our continuous growth, we are looking for a: A customer service assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service (clients’ orders, product data).
ERP entries.
Customers’ account follow-up.
Support in Sales Department (statistics, reports etc.).
Support in Marketing Department.
Update of the company’s web page.
Customer Relationship Development.
Monthly statistics reporting.
Order forecasting.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Marketing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
3-year previous experience will be considered as an asset.
In depth knowledge of MS OFFICE, internet applications and ERP.
Pleasant, positive and kind attitude.
Ability to multitask and deal issues in a structured and effective way.
Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) as well as active listening skills.
Organization skills.
Decision making skills.
Teamwork spirit.
