Δικαίωμα υποβολής αίτησης για μερική φοίτηση έχουν:
α) Φοιτητές που αποδεδειγμένα εργάζονται τουλάχιστον είκοσι (20) ώρες την εβδομάδα.
β) Φοιτητές με πιστοποιημένη αναπηρία.
γ) Φοιτητές που είναι παράλληλα αθλητές και κατά τη διάρκεια των σπουδών τους ανήκουν σε αθλητικά σωματεία εγγεγραμμένα στο ηλεκτρονικό μητρώο αθλητικών
