Erasmus Registration Requirements

a. Student Application Form (please complete all parts)

b. Learning Agreement (totalling 30 ECTS credits per semester)

c. Transcript of Records (issued by the Student Administration Office of the home institution, which includes the student's academic performance until the date of departure)

d. Evidence of English Language Competence equal (or higher) to Level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, as attested by the following certificates:

• Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) or higher;
• International English Language Testing System (IELTS): score 6.0 or above;
• Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): score 550 or above [paper-based] / 213 or above [computer-based] / 79 or above [internet-based]

e. European Health Insurance Card (to be presented to the Student Administration Office upon registration)

f. 5 Photos (to be submitted to the Student Administration Office upon registration)

g. Passport or Identity Card (to be presented to the Student Administration Office upon registration)

The deadline for winter semester registration, spring semester registration or registration for the full 2011-2012 academic year is July 15th, 2011.
