We are happy to announce that the conference has received financial support from UNESCO – under the IFIP/UNESCO Grant Scheme – and from Commonwealth Secretariat.

• IFIP/UNESCO Grant Scheme: Following a tight selection process 3 presenting authors from Developing Countries (Brazil, India and Zambia) have received full financial support towards their conference participation. We wish to extend our thanks to UNESCO, IFIP, the TC8 Chair Professor Dewald Roode, the DCSC Chair Anselmo Del Moral and the IFIP-UNESCO Liaison Officer Plamen Nedkow.
• Commonwealth Secretariat: Following a tight selection process, Commonwealth awarded financially 7 applicants from several countries (India, Mozambique, Nigeria and ST KITTS & NEVIS/UK) to attend the conference. We wish to extend our thanks to Commonwealth Secretariat, and especially to Mr. Rogers W’O Okot-Uma.
