Information for Speakers: The total time allocated to each speaker is
20 minutes. There are 5 more minutes for questions. The room is equipped with a laptop PC, a data projector and an
overhead projector. |

Registration: Registration will take place at the Ionian
Academy at the following days and hours: |

Registration Fee: The
registration fee includes: Participation in the sessions, coffee breaks, the
Welcome reception and the Dinner Reception at Prasoudi beach. Accompanying
persons are welcome to the Welcome Reception and the Dinner Reception. |

Information Desk: Any
information relative to the meeting and any aspect relative to your stay at
Corfu will be provided at the registration office. All messages will be posted on a message board including
possible changes at the program. Please check the board to track the program
changes. Participants wishing to exchange personal messages should use this
message board. |

|
E-mail centre : A
computer will be available at the Ionian Academy. However, you can also use
your laptop PC’s to access your e-mail and the Web during the Academy’s
opening hours. |

will depart from Ionian Academy at 18:00 |
